At 3 River’s Pets, we believe that pets are family. Unlike retail pet chains, we make sure our animals get free roam time, daily interaction and enrichment, along with ample space and premium food. We pride ourselves in the temperaments of our animals. We make sure they are highly socialized, making them great family pets!
We encourage everyone to do their research before adopting an animal. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on live animals. If you already have a habitat, please snap a picture as proof of habitat. If you do not currently have a habitat set up in home, you will be required to purchase one in-store before the animal can go home. You will also be required to purchase the food your new pet is currently eating. These policies have been put in place to ensure animal health and safety. CHECK YOUR WATER QUALITY PRIOR TO ADDING NEW FISH. We will not take an animal back for any reason. You will be required to fill out an adoption form. If you are a parent adopting for a child, YOU are the party responsible for animal care. You MUST be 18 or older to adopt an animal.
